The bike combines many features that you won’t find in other designs. A modern frame entirely made of high-quality carbon fiber, specially developed for eMTB riding.
Dynamic frame lines, a neatly concealed rear shock made of carbon, internal cable routing, a hidden speed sensor are all valued functional and aesthetic features that contribute to its spectacular appearance.
The frame commands admiration even among the most demanding tastes. The powerful capacity of the main battery, along with the option to install an additional battery as a range extender, makes the bike comparable to an ultramarathon runner from the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc series.
At the same time, the bike offers dual-use capability—riding with just the range extender or opting for a smaller battery for reduced weight. The total capacity with the Range Extender is 1059Wh.
This transforms the bike from a long-distance ultramarathon runner into a fast, agile Olympian. With motors boasting 95Nm of torque and a well-selected drive, TOSA MATE conquers challenging terrains effortlessly.
The high-quality carbon fiber used to manufacture our frames is characterized by its natural flexibility, high vibration damping level, and high durability. This allows for the effective dispersion of stresses during rides, even in the toughest conditions.
TOSA exclusively uses the highest quality materials. The carbon fibers used in our frames are identical to those used in the latest generation of aviation components.
The thoughtful kinematics of the suspension and its efficient operation are one thing, but the rear shock absorber is elegantly concealed behind a piece of carbon that almost wraps around the damper.
The frame is entirely made of carbon fiber, and the frame linkage, known as the ‘link,’ is also a full carbon component. This minimizes the weight of the bike.
The battery has been thoroughly redesigned and is practically suspended within the frame. Its new form, based on the latest cell technology, has allowed for an extension of its length while simultaneously slimming it down, resulting in a reduction in the height and width of the lower frame tube. The aesthetics have reached the highest level!

Geometry
The modern geometry of the bike allows for a wide range of uses. The choice of fork travel or wheel size defines important geometry features, including the head tube angle, which, with the choice of Mullet wheels 27.5′ rear and 29′ front and a fork travel of 160mm, is 64.1°, but opting for both wheels in size 27.5′ and a travel of 150mm, the head tube angle will be 65.5°.

SIZE M from 170 cm to 184 cm
SIZE L from 185 to 198 cm
TOSA offers extensive configuration options for the MATE model. A significant advantage is the option to choose from various packages that can be tailored to the individual preferences of each user.
Additionally, there is the possibility to select individual components or accessories. The decision is left to the user, so every MATE can be unique and one-of-a-kind.

Its clear and tidy cockpit, a small number of cables and levers, together with an internal cable routing system that runs smoothly through dedicated holes in the headset, make the cockpit a reliable companion that does not distract your attention, but helps you in every moment of focused cycling.
Cable integration and ergonomic routing, supported by dedicated covers, ensure that while riding you don’t have to worry about anything other than the pleasure of pedaling.
MATE is the result of the work of many enthusiasts who determinedly strived to create a perfect product. The suspension, which works incredibly well on descents, remains extremely sensitive and responds to the slightest bumps.
