How to make a complaint?

    We do not prefer returns to TOSA BIKES without prior discussion with our staff and obtaining return authorization. In case of any malfunction, please contact us (via the “CONTACT” tab) and inform our team about the issue. We will promptly propose a quick solution to the situation. Once authorization is obtained, please fill out and submit the form located nearby. Depending on the situation and type of defect, the best solution for a quick resolution will be suggested.
